Application
Day 1: Apply a layer of Nail Hardener
Day 2: Apply a second layer of Nail Hardener
Day 3: Remove the layers with the Caring Nail Polish Remover and apply a layer of Nail Hardener.
Day 4: Apply a second layer of Nail Hardener, etc.
Repeat this for program for 2 weeks.
Do not use immediately after the removal of artificial nails.

i already feel the change !
I have been using this since 3 days , and honestly i started to see the change on my nails: i used to have yellowish nails because i put lot of nail polish, but HONESTLY i can see the yellow turning into pinkish ! they are getting thicker ( i can notice because usually my nails breaks from the corner of my nail on a daily basis!! ) i love this HEROME !!! greattt!
