Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sohaticare.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a giftcard.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 3 days

The product isn't used or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

* Please note that any purchase made on Gift Card or special promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Electronics cannot be exchanged or returned if opened.

*Please note that Cosmetic Products  such as nail polish, lipliner, lipsticks, mascara, roll-ons, etc.), cannot be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

* Exchanges are accepted one time only on the same order number.


** Quantities are limited for 2 per customer ( from same offer or bundle)


Shipping charges for exchange

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and cost 3.5$ (daily rate applies).

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Sohaticare.

Any order that has been exchanged 3 times will be charged for the 3rd one

 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Shipping costs for exchanging damaged items are free.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
