You can redeem your beauty points on SohatiCare directly by exchanging them to a cash back, or a free product. You can also support the charity of your choice.

We know it’s tempting. Unfortunately, rewards and discounts are not stackable, which means you can only use one reward redemption method at a time.

Rewards acquired with your beauty points cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your beauty points will show in your account the moment your order is paid. If you pay online, it will show in the same day. If you have received your order and did not get the points a week after delivery, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

If, however you chose to pay by cash on delivery, your points will show 24 hours after you receive and pay for your order.

If you cancel a product or an order you placed, you will not earn beauty points because you will not be charged for this product/order you cancelled. If you return a product you purchased, all your beauty points earned from this purchase will be deducted from your balance.

We are sorry, you cannot transfer or “gift” your beauty points to anyone else.

Points earned will expire one year from the date they were earned, meaning that not all points will expire simultaneously; each will follow its own individual expiration timeline.

Your tier status is valid for 1 year based on your registration month. Once the year has passed, you will be put back in the initial tier and will have one year to accumulate points again to move up the tiers.
