تم تطوير غسول الوجه المرطّب من سيرافي بالتعاون مع أطبّاء الجلد، ليرمّم حاجز البشرة الطبيعي ويحفظ الترطيب في طبقاتها بفضل تركيبته اللطيفة والمعزّزة بالسيراميدات وبحمض الهيالورونيك.
صُمِّمَ غسول الوجه المرطّب من سيرافي لينظّف البشرة وينعشها من دون تجريدها من زيوتها الطبيعيّة أو التسبّب بافتقارها إلى الترطيب وجفافها. ويحتوي غسول الوجه هذا الذي لا يؤدّي إلى ظهور الرؤوس السوداء على ثلاثة سيراميدات أساسيّة ترمّم حاجز البشرة، بينما يرطّب حمض الهيالورونيك البشرة، وتطلق تقنية الإفراج التدريجي  المكوّنات المرطّبة على مراحل لتغذية البشرة، لذا يُعتبر هذا المستحضر طريقة فعّالة وغير مسبّبة للتهيّج لبدء أي روتين للعناية بالبشرة. مناسب للبشرة العاديّة إلى الجافّة. مناسب للرجال والنساء.  

 يُطبّق على البشرة المبلّلة بالماء الفاتر. يُدلّك الغسول على البشرة بحركات دائريّة لطيفة، ثم يُغسل    للبشرة العاديّة إلى الجافّة
