Sebum, made up of lipids, is one of the components of the hydrolipidic film, which protects skin against external aggressors and prevents dehydration. However, some factors such as pollution, stress or hormonal changes can lead to an overproduction of sebum which blocks pores and oxidises, causing blemishes. As a result, the complexion becomes dull, with blackheads, enlarged pores and uneven skin tone. How can we correct these signs? SVR has rigorously selected four actives, each one with an essential benefit for skin: If the skin microbiota is imbalanced, skin ageing is accelerated. It therefore needs protecting. SVR uses PASTEURISED PROBIOTICS to strengthen the skin barrier. We chose these particular strains because the process of pasteurisation ensures they retain their probiotic properties, which strengthen and protect the skin barrier as well as hydrating it. Because hyaluronic acid production diminishes from the age of 25, our R&D team also chose to use a HYALURONIC ACID WITH A LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT. In its pure form it is unstable and oxidises over time, losing its properties. Our R&D team therefore chose to use STABILISED VITAMIN C. Skin is protected against free radicals; it is firmer and less tired. Lastly, for their anti-ageing and anti-shine actions, SVR has added PEPTIDES to its formula. By absorbing excess sebum in skin, peptides control shine and smooth away blemishes, wrinkles and fine lines. The light, non-sticky matt gel blurs blemishes and refines skin texture. Skin is balanced and regenerated, visibly smoother and firmer. Wrinkles and fine lines are smoothed and the complexion regains its matt appearance. Plus, it is natural and recyclable!
