I use it WHILE sunbathing. It is extremely refreshing and fades away the tingle and pain of overexposure.

this lightly aromated spray does cool off any sun-related inconvenience. I can't say it is for the Super-strong sunburns, but it applies easily through a spray and should be lathered onto the skin to ensure even application.
